Chadbourne is a modern home located in the highly desirable neighborhood of Devonshire. We designed this home to be very open with 12’ ceilings and large windows to bring natural light and allow for the outdoor space to be an extension of the indoors. We added windows above the kitchen cabinets to catch views of the huge oak trees. This home was designed to entertain large amounts of guests without feeling crowded. Details added like unique wallpaper in the powder bath and the slat wall at the primary created a distinct design appeal.
